Where your order ships from

ForeverChrist orders ship from facilities in the U.S. and around the world. Your order ships from whichever location can get it to you fastest, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

When will I get my order?

Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days after you place your order, in the US and internationally. This includes 3–7 business days to prepare your order before it ships.

All times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Questions about tracking? Email support@foreverchrist.shop.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be charged customs duties or taxes by your country. These fees aren't set or collected by ForeverChrist and are paid by the customer. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

My order should be here by now

Before contacting us, please:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the address
• Ask your local post office if they're holding your package
• Check with neighbors in case the carrier left it with them

If the address was correct and you still can't find it, email support@foreverchrist.shop with your order number. If there was a mistake in the address, we can send a replacement, but the new shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?

Email support@foreverchrist.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a free replacement or a refund. Please don't mail anything back until we give you instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Returns and exchanges

We don't offer returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Each product page has a size chart to help you pick the right fit. If you're unsure, email us before ordering.
